Job Tasks and responsibilities

Working closely with our Director, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • General administration support, document preparation and data entry
  • Arrange appointments for signboards, photography, floorplans, virtual tours and property condition reports
  • Property advertising
  • Processing rental applications
  • Scheduling and assisting with Routine Inspections and Final Bond Inspections
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs
  • Lease renewals
  • Effectively liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors

Skills & experience

To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will have the following experience & skill set:

  • A genuine passion for property management
  • Previous 6-12 months experience in the Real Estate industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Current Property Management Registration or Sales Registration (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable working in a structured environment where procedures, compliance and accountability are paramount
  • Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Positive and helpful manner
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Great with technology and a quick learner
  • Valid Driver’s licence
  • Police Clearance
  • Must be a dog lover!
