Job Tasks and responsibilities
Working closely with our Director, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- General administration support, document preparation and data entry
- Arrange appointments for signboards, photography, floorplans, virtual tours and property condition reports
- Property advertising
- Processing rental applications
- Scheduling and assisting with Routine Inspections and Final Bond Inspections
- Assist with maintenance and repairs
- Lease renewals
- Effectively liaise with tenants, owners, and contractors
Skills & experience
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will have the following experience & skill set:
- A genuine passion for property management
- Previous 6-12 months experience in the Real Estate industry (preferred but not essential)
- Current Property Management Registration or Sales Registration (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working in a structured environment where procedures, compliance and accountability are paramount
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Positive and helpful manner
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Great with technology and a quick learner
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Police Clearance
- Must be a dog lover!
